We are looking forward to the next Fayetteville Beautiful
cleanup on October 8th, 2022! Fayetteville Beautiful is a bi-annual, city-wide cleanup organized by the City of Fayetteville and Sustainable Sandhills.
Last year, Fayetteville Beautiful volunteers picked up 3,500 pounds of litter, and a decrease in litter was measured in the City of Fayetteville. Thank you to all involved with this event for your incredible support of our community!
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Volunteer teams and individuals are invited to sign up to clean up litter on any street in the city. Team leaders can pick up their cleanup supplies on the morning of Saturday, October 8th, or the day prior.
TEAM PHOTO CONTEST
Congratulations to the winners of last year’s photo contest: the team from Cross Creek Early College High School! They certainly found the most interesting piece of litter: an old gramophone. Thank you to Duck Donuts for treating the winning team of 70 students to milkshakes!
Teams can enter in the Spring 2022 photo contest for the chance to win a gift card. Information on how to enter will be provided at supply pickup.
